Conferences and Workshops

Conferences/Workshops allow God’s people to pursue relationship with God. Whether the format is large or small, the main focus is to gain spiritual tools for deepening in intimacy with the God-head. We promote the idea of training and equipping so attendees gain resources, tools and life application that continues long after the conference ends. Using real life experiences, testimony of God’s faithfulness, prayer, encouragement and Biblical support, the transparency of our team connects with attendees and creates an atmosphere of grace and growth.

Workshop Format? Teaching/Instruction, Application and Evaluation
Instruction: A time of instruction is set aside to teach and explain the details of the topic. The theory and biblical precepts behind the spiritual tools are explored and shared in a way that allows understanding.

Breaking into groups: The group format allows several people to work together to practice what was just taught. The breakout groups work through the process of the interactive activity so that the information is practiced and explored in a classroom environment.

Evaluation and Additional Teaching: Evaluation is an important part of learning. Time is allocated for questions, comments, and clarification. Information regarding the activity is shared and the different groups can see how God worked through each group to reveal His heart. The process of discussing the activities allows new concepts to solidify and gives the opportunity to practice the concepts in a safe, interactive environment.

Ministry Time: After the session is over, RMI offers time for individual ministry. This is a time for prayer and/or answering questions individuals need to ask to further clarify the material just covered. Depending on the location, RMI can bring a prayer/ministry team.
